Booking policies

We keep our policies simple and fair, so you can book with peace of mind.

Booking and payment

• A 30% advance confirms your booking
• The balance is paid on arrival
• Send us your date and number of guests on WhatsApp to book

Changes and cancellations

• Tell us at least 7 days before and we will move your advance to a new date
• For changes within 7 days, message us and we will do our best to help
• If heavy rain stops a day-out, we will move your booking to another date, free of charge

Stays

• Standard check-in: 2 pm
• Standard check-out: 11 am
• Early check-in or late check-out on request, when available
• Full villa breakfast is not included, but you can order it at extra cost

Food, drinks and extras

• Food is served by our kitchen
• BYOB is welcome
• You are welcome to bring your own cake
• We do not supply decorations or cakes, but we can arrange them through a trusted local supplier at extra cost

Pool and garden

• Please wear proper swimwear in the pool
• Please keep an eye on children at all times
• Please help us keep the garden clean and green
